Return Policy

We want you to love your order, but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help:

  • You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • Requests made after 7 days unfortunately can’t be accepted.
  • Once your order is shipped or delivered, it can’t be changed.
  • However, if your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it and get a refund. Time of refund depends on your bank.
  • The amount refunded will exclude the original shipping charges.
  • Returned items must be:
    • In original condition.
    • With original tags and packaging.
    • Unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
  • We won’t be able to accept:
    • Items in poor condition or missing tags.
    • items not from our store .
  • If we receive a damaged, altered, or unrelated item, it will be returned to you at your expense.
